Masks are recommended but not required in theater rooms used by South Bay Film Society, unless required by Los Angeles County or by the AMC Theater.

PAYMENT BY ZELLE OR VENMO NOW ACCEPTED

When you purchase tickets on Yapsody, you can pay by credit card or PayPal as always. We have now added Zelle and Venmo as payment options.

Once your tickets are in the Cart, choose the Pay Later option for payment using Zelle or Venmo. Once you click on the Pay Later blue bar, your seats are reserved. Please make your Zelle or Venmo payment within 30 minutes of your ticket purchase.

REFUND POLICY

There will be no refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 5 days before the film screening.

For those who purchase tickets using PayPal, refunds will not include the processing fees above the ticket price (due to the PayPal policy to charge the seller the processing fee in the case of a refund).

For those who purchase tickets using credit card rather than PayPal, refunds will continue to include the entire cost paid by the buyer.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

Disabled customers are provided accommodation in the designated handicap seats or in the wheelchair designated area for wheelchairs, scooters, etc. Persons whose view is blocked by such disabled customers will have to either accept the view blockage, move to another seat, or request a refund.

For shows with reserved handicap seating (Row D): If you are not accompanying a guest in a wheelchair or do not have a disability that permits use of this seat, you may reserve seats in Row D knowing you may be required to move to a seat in the front two rows if necessary to accommodate someone accompanying a guest in a wheelchair or someone having a disability that permits use of this seat.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your order. This information is kept confidential and is not shared. South Bay Film Society does not receive, know, collect, or distribute any credit card numbers used in association with the purchase of tickets.

If you choose to sign up for our mailing list, we provide your entered name and email address to our email provider, MailChimp. South Bay Film Society does not retain or share your name and email address with any other parties.

South Bay Film Society retains a list of customers who have purchased tickets for the purpose of checking in attendants at each show. We do not share this list with any third party.

SAVING SEATS

Currently all seating is reserved (not general admission), so you may not save seats for those without a ticket.

For general admission events in the future: Please do not save more than 1 seat for friends. Please do not save seats for anyone without a ticket who buys a ticket at the door. Your cooperation on this is much appreciated.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant the following: (i) You are over eighteen (18) years of age; (ii) You have the right, power, and authority to enter into and perform purchase of tickets online with credit card or paypal; (iii) You are not making any purchases using the Site specifically for resale and are not a re-seller, wholesaler, or bulk purchaser; (iv) You will not use Our Site or service to violate any federal, state, and/or local law; (v) You will only use Our Site or service to transmit and disseminate information reasonably related to Your purchase and/or any product, event or venue information; and (vi) the information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes.
